I help existing and aspiring leaders, senior teams and business owners to maximise their performance by finding clarity and gaining focus. Building confidence, together we will develop the best way to be genuine, engaging and lead with confidence.

As a trained executive coach and communications professional, my aim is to create space and awareness in a positive, non-judgmental environment, so you experience learning, use creativity and have conversations that bring lasting change.

Developing and articulating your strategy and priorities is critical to ensure your people follow your lead and are clear on the organisational purpose, values and direction.

We will work with you to:

  • Align your strategy, purpose and values to your communications
  • Be clear on what’s most important – the ‘why’, to inspire people to follow
  • Better understand your stakeholders and identify how best to engage and persuade.

Change and Engagement:

The key to success is clear engaging communication that is right for the people impacted or involved at every stage. Whether it’s a change or engagement programme having the right approach will guarantee success.

We will work with you to:

  • Take ownership of the message to effectively communicate change purpose and goals
  • Engage people at every stage of the change programme, how it will impact them and their ways of working
  • Identify and have the confidence to share difficult messages.

Your Story and Message:

Leaders who are clear on the message and able to develop storytelling skills to build engagement, connection and trust. This links closely to developing visibility, personal brand and reputation which is just as important internally as it is externally – and is central to your presence as a leader.

We will work with you to:

  • Help you and your leadership team to identify, develop and share meaningful and relevant stories
  • Better connect with your audience, knowing when and how much to share
  • Fine tune and establish your leadership style and visibility, e.g. develop your first 100 days or improve your presentation skills.

One-to-One

Coaching with me will enable you to gain clarity and discover strategies to achieve your full potential. Working with you on a one-to-one basis over six sessions either in person or online to help you find the right solution/s. Delivered within three to six months.
